Here at Frigo Orthodontics, one of the many ways that we love to give back to our patients is through sponsorships. If your child has a sponsorship request, please complete the form below. Please understand that we have deadlines for these sponsorships and as much as we would love to sponsor everyone, they are limited and given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
